We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If your order doesn't fit as expected or simply isn’t quite right, you can request a return online with ease.

Standard size items are eligible for a full refund or exchange. For made-to-measure orders, while we are unable to offer refunds, we accept returns for alterations to ensure the best fit possible.

To qualify for return, all items must be in unused, unwrinkled, undamaged, and resellable condition. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

If you've received an incorrect or defective item, please notify us within two business days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 72 hours), refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to ten business days for the refund to reflect in your account. If you’ve requested an exchange, your new item will follow the usual shipping timelines. We’ll send a confirmation email once everything is processed.
